Growing up we did two things with our time. Wrestling Club and Working for our dad. Our dad, just like his dad, and our many Uncles are General Contractors. While being young kids on the job site we weren't able to do much work besides pick up screws and wander around the job, we still had a blast. Fast forward to once teenage years hit, during our weekends and summers we started working for real, with each year progressing our skills & knowledge. In the early teen years, we set up protection, picked up debris, and did simple activities alike. Come mid-years we were doing Demos, Framing, Painting, Hanging Drywall, Masonry, and more. Finally, once late teenage years came, we became project managers for our Dad and Grandfathers company. We picked up materials, scheduled the employees, called the sub contractors, inspect a project, and the like. Fortunately, our history of work experience, and family being in the construction industry for decades, has connected us to top-notch employees, suppliers, and sub-contractors in the DMV area. Eventually, like father like son we became General Contractors and started Bethesda Brothers General Contracting in 2020.
